You need someone who knows how to build and run a People function - but you're not ready for a full-time Head of People. We can be your ongoing People partner, providing the leadership, judgment, and hands-on support you need as your company grows. We can own the People function, partner with your leadership team, or focus on the areas where you need the most help.

Sometimes you don't need a consultant. You need someone who can jump in, learn the business, join the meetings, build the systems, and get the work done. We can embed with your team for a defined period to lead People Ops, recruiting, HR, or all of the above. We become part of the team without becoming another full-time headcount.
