Cereal was founded by Renee Hussels, a People Operations and Talent leader with 15+ years of experience building teams, systems, and people functions at startups and high-growth companies.

Renee has led People and Talent teams at companies including Redfin, Hiya, Vendia, and Zapier. She’s built People functions from scratch, led recruiting teams, implemented HR systems, designed compensation structures, and developed the processes that help companies grow.

Cereal’s approach is simple: figure out what needs to be done, then do it. We know how to sit in the room with executives and map out a strategy. We also know how to roll up our sleeves, get into the weeds, and actually make the thing happen. Ideally, without another meeting about it.
